Flight Management System (FMS) for the Agusta AW139/AB139 Helicopter
The following line select keys correspond to the associated definitions
on the PROGRESS 2/3 page.
1L -- The current speed and altitude command is displayed at 1L. No
D
entry is permitted.
NOTE:
During vertical glide path (VGP) descents, the FMS
transmits an artificially low altitude command to the FGC
to ensure proper descent to the missed approach point
(MAP) with the preselector dialed to the missed approach
altitude.
2L -- The distance and ETE to the bottom--of--step--climb (BOSC)
D
is displayed on this line, when available. Otherwise, the distance
and ETE to the top--of--climb (TOC) is displayed.
3L -- The distance and ETE to the top--of--descent (TOD) is
D
displayed on this line. When the aircraft is past the TOD point, the
prediction is replaced with the word PAST.
2R -- The current fuel quantity is displayed on this line.
D
3R -- The current aircraft gross weight is displayed on this line.
D
6L -- This prompt gives access to the RNP page.
D
6R -- This prompt gives access to the VERTICAL NAVIGATION
D
