(4) Put seal guide pins into holes of the auto purge valve seal,
and install a new auto purge valve seal.
NOTE: Avoid touching the rotor seal and the stator directly with
your hands. It may influence the result of analysis.

(5) Put stator guide pins into holes of the stator, and tighten lock
nuts with the hexagon wrench. Tighten alternately lock
nuts (3 pcs) little by little.
NOTE: Tighten 3 fixation screws equally to prevent failure
operation of a valve, wear of a rotor seal and damage.
(6) Connect each tube to the auto purge valve in the reverse
order of their removal.
(7) Start delivering liquid of the pump via the auto purge valve.
(8) Make sure that there is no leakage after the seal replacing.
NOTE: Avoid moving a valve when the inside of the valve is
dried. A seal wears away abnormally.
NOTE: Decrease of liquid in the valve leads lack of lubrication at
seal surface. And normal movement is disturbed.
