Releases a wait state for injection valve
changeover according to the external
signal input.
The injection valve outputs a start signal
after switching to INJECT from LOAD.
Outputs the ALL END signal when the ALL
END time is reached under the condition of
ALL END OUT setting. (Effective in use
as "stand-alone")
