Sample loading
Deliver the sample into the sample loop.
The syringe discharges [va/2 + vw/2 + vi + vd : one-half of the
Air volume + one-half of the Waste volume + Injection volume
+ Dead volume (inside parameter)], and delivers a sample
into the loop.
