(4) Fill a beaker with wash fluid (e.g. 2-propanol), and put the
solvent filter in it. Perform ultrasonic cleaning for approx. 5
to 6 minutes.

(5) Then, replace the wash fluid with distilled water, and
perform additional ultrasonic cleaning for approx. 5 to
6 minutes.
(6) After removing water completely, attach the solvent filter to
the inlet tube.
