3.3 Shutdown Operation

(1) In the following cases, the autosampler will carry out a
shutdown operation, and returns to the idle state.
▪ Analyses of all specified vial numbers have completed.
▪ A vial is not detected while the vial detector is in the ON
state.
(2)
When setting of ALL END is "YES": After ALL END TIME
has passed, ALL END signal is output, and a screen of ALL
END is indicated. Press the IDLE key to return to the
IDLE state.
(3) Press the STOP key to suspend operation during an
analysis. The analysis will be suspended, and
autosampler will wait for the IDLE key press.
(4) The other units such as the pump are suspended.
If a solvent containing salt is used for a mobile phase, it
NOTE:
causes damages, such as the surface of the valve seal,
and the flow path clogging. Additionally, it is resulting
in deterioration of performance or shorter service life.
Flush the flow path with distilled water enough after an
analysis.
When storing the instrument for long periods, flush it
NOTE:
with a solvent which dissolves injected sample
composition, and replace it with distilled water.
