(4) Prepare the wash fluid in a beaker, and place the filter in it.
Place the beaker in the ultrasonic bath. Run the ultrasonic
cleaner for 5 to 6 minutes.

(5) Replace the wash fluid with distilled water. Run the
ultrasonic cleaner for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
Repeat this operation three or more times to eliminate the
wash fluid.
(6) After removing the moisture from the filter, mount on the
inlet tube again.
