TECHNICAL MANUAL
• RTP LOSS LIMIT: This is the value of the loss limit value. The status will change
when this limit is exceeded. The value is measured in percentages (%). The
range is 00~25%. This is used to determine network error.
• RTP CHECK PERIOD: This is the packet loss estimated base period measured
in seconds. The range is 00~25 seconds. This is used to determine network
error.
• RTP OVERCOUNT LIMIT This limit /loss limit excess counter. The range is 0~3.
This is used to determine network error and determines the count based RTP
delays and losses.
• MAX JITTER DELAY: This determines the threshold in milliseconds that is
considered the maximum jitter delay time.
• MIN JITTER DELAY: This determines the minimum threshold to determine the
minimum jitter delay time.
• DTMF TRANS ROUTE: This determines if DTMF is transported after the call is in
progress.
• FAX ERR CORRECT: This determines if facsimile over IP error correction is
enabled.
• TYPE OF SERVICE: An eight-bit binary value that will be utilized by external
routers, switches, etc. (that optionally support TOS-bit prioritization) – to identify
the transport-priority value of data packets generated by the ITM card. This value
can be left at default value (00000) if your network infrastructure does not
support this method of bandwidth management.
• T38 REDUNDANCY: This determines if facsimile over IP (T38) error is detected,
the system will attempt to resent the IP packets. The resend attempts range from
00~04 retries.
