than 6, the 13 entry is the closest match.
Whenever a new entry is added, the system will sort all entries in numerical order
because this is the logical order in which the system analyzes digits. Wild cards are
checked after exact digits. If 1813 and 18∗∗ are entered, the system will check 1813
first. If no match is found, it will check 18∗∗.
