Catalyst 2955 Alarm Commands

test relay

Use the test relay privileged EXEC command to turn on or off the relay circuitry.
Using the test command alters the state (on or off) of a relay. Previous states are not saved.

Usage Guidelines
You can use the test relay privileged EXEC command to check relay circuitry connections to the alert
devices. The command provides a way to test alarm scanners without having to create an alarm
condition.
Examples
This example shows how to turn on the major relay circuitry:
