SMDR.
NOTE 1: CMDD00>163 is not required for
Extended NEAX 2400 IMS Format
(ANI is always sent in Extended
Format).
NOTE 2: When 0 is set for Former Format,
ANI is not sent to SMDR, but area
code for calling party, area code for
called party; authorization code is
sent to the SMDR.
