Usage Guidelines
You must enable port security by using the feature port-security command before you can use the clear
port-security command.
This command does not require a license.
Examples
This example shows how to remove dynamically learned, secure MAC addresses from the Ethernet 2/1
interface:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# clear port-security dynamic interface ethernet 2/1
This example shows how to remove the dynamically learned, secure MAC address 0019.D2D0.00AE:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# clear port-security dynamic address 0019.D2D0.00AE
