Usage Guidelines
You can use this command only in the default VDC.
This command does not require a license.
Examples This example shows how to specify a control plane policy map and enter policy map configuration mode:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# policy-map type control-plane PolicyMapA
switch(config-pmap)# class ClassMapA
switch(config-pmap-c)# police cir 2000 kbps
This example shows how to delete a control plane policy map:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# policy-map type control-plane PolicyMapA
switch(config-pmap)# class ClassMapA
switch(config-pmap-c)# no police 2000 kbps
