(Optional) Specifies the units for a burst in

Configures an action when the traffic conforms to the
specified rates and bursts.
Specifies the drop action.
Specifies setting the class of service (CoS) value. The
range is from 0 to 7.
Specifies the differentiated services code point
(DSCP) value for IPv4 and IPv6 packets. The range
is from 0 to 63.
Specifies the precedence value for IPv4 and IPv6
packets. The range is from 0 to 7.
Specifies the transmit action.
Configures an action when the traffic exceeds the
specified rates and bursts.
