What is a Subscriber?
In the Service Control solution, a subscriber is defined as a managed entity on the subscriber side of the
SCE Platform to which accounting and policy are applied individually.

Subscriber (Entity) Identified By
The list of IP addresses is allocated by a
Radius server

The set of NAT-ed IP addresses, which
are allocated statically
