5.6 Generating INI files

When the site configuration is sent to primary CIU 888, then generate
the INI files required for Entis Pro.
Refer to the section 3.4 for detailed information about generating INI
files using CIU 888 Service Tool.

5.7 Loading the CIU site database in ENTIS

Load the update CIU site database in ENTIS using ENTIS Configuration
tool. In case of multiple CIU888s in a site, load all CIU site databases in
ENTIS. Refer to the ENTIS Installation and Configuration guide
(ETDOC-X613) for more information.

5.8 Starting Entis Pro and loading the INI files in Entis Pro

When the INI files are updated, then start the Entis Pro system(s)
connected to the CIU 888s and then load the INI files in Entis Pro. Refer
to the Configuration manual Entis Pro version 2.80x for Windows 10
(Part No. 4416381) for more information.

5.9 OPCUA Certificate Management.

5.10 Self Signed Certificate Management with ENTIS.

5.11 Procedure for communication between ENTIS and CIU 888

ENTIS automatically generates a self-signed certificate to communicate
with the CIU 888. To successfully establish secure communication with
the CIU 888, the ENTIS self-signed certificate and the CIU 888 server
certificate need to be trusted by each other. This can be done with the
following steps:
1. Trusting server certificate, move the certificate from
C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Honeywell\Entis\Communication\OPCUA\Certific
ates\EntisOPCUAClient\pki\rejected\certs
to
C:\ProgramFiles
(x86)\Honeywell\Entis\Communication\OPCUA\Certificates\EntisOPCU
AClient\pki\trusted\certs
2. Trusting client certificate.
