CIU 888
Configuration options
This indicates the idle time period in seconds after
which a client connection would be closed by the Mod-
bus TCP server.
This would enable/disable IP filtering. If enabled, CIU
888 would accept the connections from only configured
IP addresses / IP address range
0 - IP address filter is disabled
1 - IP address filter is enabled
This indicates the IP addresses from which connection
is accepted by the CIU 888's Modbus TCP server. The
IP addresses are given with a comma separation. For
example, 192.168.1.11,192.168.1.12
This indicates the IP address ranges from which con-
nection is accepted by the CIU 888's Modbus TCP
server. The IP address ranges are given with a comma
separation. For example, 192.168.1.10-
192.168.1.15,192.168.1.25-192.168.1.35
This indicates if Modbus Unit ID filtering is to be
enabled/disabled in CIU 888.
0 - Modbus Unit ID filter is disabled
1 - Modbus Unit ID filter is enabled
This indicates the Modbus unit Ids for which CIU 888's
Modbus server would respond with data.
This would enable / disable the Modbus TCP Server on
the ethernet port.
0 - Modbus TCP/IP server disabled
1 - Modbus TCP/IP server enabled
The IP address of a CIU 888 TCP/IP host port
The IP port number for the modbus host port (which is
502 by default).

0-65535 msec
This entity, stored in the global area of a site database,
is for internal use only.
Ensite Pro will not download this entity to any CIU.
CIU 888 HostPort time-out.

This entity was originally defined for the number of
retries on the FieldPort.
However the software of the CIU has implemented dif-
ferently. Imagine a tank, with number of retries set to
five, does not answer. This tank will decrease the scan
performance
