Description
Interval Time for Flow Rate Calculation.
FlowInterval (>= 0) is the interval time, in seconds, after
which the the flow rate of TOV must be calculated
again.
Flow Interval is checked each time that the tank is cal-
culated ([ProductLevel] is measured).

Damping Factor for Flow Rate Calculation.
To obtain a steady flow rate, a damping factor (0.0 <
FlowMul <= 1.0) is used.
If FlowMul = 1.0, the flow rate is not damped at all, but it
