18.7 Securing Oscillation Stabilization Time

When the STOP mode is released, only the oscillation stabilization time set by the OSTS register
elapses. If the STOP mode has been released by RESET pin input, however, the reset value of the

The timer for counting the oscillation stabilization time is shared with watchdog timer, so the oscillation
stabilization time equal to the overflow time of the watchdog timer elapses.
Figure 18-6 shows the operation performed when the STOP mode is released by an interrupt request.
