MAINTENANCE
Apply engine oil to a new D-ring, and install it
to the oil
fil ter cover.
Instalilhe oil filte r cover and bolts.
Tighten the bolts securely.
Instalilhe engine guard (page 3-6),
Apply engine oil 10 the engine oil drain boIllhreads and
seating surface.
Install a new sealing washer to the engine oil drain bolt,
and install them to the left crankcase cover.
Tighten the engine oil drain bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 16 N·m (1 .6 kgf'm , 12 Ibf·ftj

Install the oil filler cap/dipstick.
Recheck the ollle\lel (page 4-16).
Make sure there are no oil leaks.
