Inspection
Turn the "ECM"
selector
switch OFF

Disconnect
the ECM 33P
(Black)
connector.
Check
for
continuity at the Yellow/green wire
between
the
TP sensor 3P
(Blue)
connector and
ECM 33P (Black) connector.
Connection

Inspection
Replace the throttle body with a known good one

Erase the OTC's
(page
6-23).
Turn the
"ECM"
selector switch ON.
Check the TP sensor with the MCS.
Is
OTC

indicated?
YES
- Replace the ECM with a known
good
one,
and recheck.
NO

Faulty original throttle body (TP sensor)
OTe 8-2 (TP SENSOR HIGH VOLTAGE)
