FRONT WHEEUSUSPENSION/STEERING
Measure the length of the fork center bolt lock nut and
fork center
botl
clearance.
STANDARD: 1.0 - 3.5
mm
(0.04 - 0.14 In)
If the clearance is out of specification , check the fork
center bolt
lock
nut and fork center bolt installation.

bolt by hand unlillhey touch .
Tighten the fork center bolt lock nul to the specified
torque using the 15 mm (9f16 in) open end wrench.
TORQUE: 29 N'm (3.0 kgf'm , 21 IbHt)

while pushing the fork damper.
Clean and apply locking agent to the fork center bolt

threads.
Install the fork center bolt into the axle holder and
tighten it to the specified torque.
TORQUE : 55 N'm (S.6 kgf' m , 411bHt)
