REAR WHEEUSUSPENSION
DAMPER ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, wash all parts with solvent, and blow c- C- O-M -P -R -E-S- S- ,O - N - V - A - L -V -E -S - - - - - - - - - ,
them dry
with
compressed air.
Make sure there is no dust or lint on any of the parts.

Turn the rebound and compression (lOW speed side) REBOUND VALVES
damping adjusters counterclockwise to the softest
J
poSition .
NOTICE
I
Never assemble valves which might have gotten
dusty or otherwise contaminated during the
disassembly process. Disassemble them ,
thoroughly dean them with solvent and blow them
dry with compressed a;r before assembly.
Use
care
to avoid getting so/vent on the piston ring

and O-rings.
