ALTERNATOR
Place the stator into the left crankcase cover.
Install and tighten new stator mounting socket bolts to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 5.2 N' m (0.5 kgf' m, 3.8 IbHt)

Install the CKP sensors and wire clamp into the left

Install and tighten new CKP sensor mounting bolts to

Apply liquid sealant to the wire grommet seating
surface, and install the grommet into the left crankcase
cover.
Install the left crankcase cover (page 12-10).

INSTALLATION
Install the dowel pins and a new gasket.

Install the left crankcase cover and left crankcase cover

bolts.
Be careful not to damage the oil seal of the left
crankcase cover.
The left crankcase cover (stator) is magnetically
attracted to the flywheel , be careful during
instalfation.
Tighten the left crankcase cover bolls to the specified
torque in
a
crisscross pattern in two
or
three sleps.
TORQUE:
'09, '10: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf' m, 9 IbHt)
After '1 0: 10 N' m (1.0 kgf' m, 7Ibf·ft)
