Upper Groen
Install the drive chain rollers with the · , "mark facing
Lower. BJack
away from the frame.
Install and lighten the drive chain roller boll and nul to
the specified torque.
TORQUE :
Drive chain upper roller bolt :
12 N-m (1.2 kgf'm , 9lbHt)
Drive chain lower roller nut:
12 N-m (1 .2 kgf-m , 9 IbHt)

Inspect the dnve chain rollers

excessive wear or
binding .
Measure the upper and lower drive chain rollers G.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: Upper: 35 mm (1.4 in)
lower: 31 mm (1.2 in)
Replace the drive chain roller it necessary.

Upper Green Install the upper drive chain roller with the" r "marl<

facing away from the frame. MARK CHAIN ROLLERS
Lower: Black Install the lower drive chain roller with the stepped side
facing oul as shown.
Install and lighten the drive chain rolier bolt and nut to
the specified torque.
TORQUE:
Drive chain upper roller bott:
12 N-m (1.2 kgf'm , 9lbHt)
Drive chain lower roller nut :
12 N-m (1.2 kgf' m , 9lbHt)

Inspect the drive chain rollers for excessive wear or
binding.
Measure the upper and lower dnve chain rollers G.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: Upper: 33 mm (1 .3 in)
Lower: 35
mm
(1.4 in)
Replace the drive chain roller If necessary.
