'09 -
'14: Connect the upper radiator hose to the water hose joint.
Tighten the hose band screw securely (page 7-13).
'After
'14: Connect the upper radiator hose to the water hose joint
and radiator connecting hose to the radiator.
Be careful not to let
the
shims
drop
into
the len crankcase.
Install the shims
and valve lifters in
their original
location.
Tighten the hose band screws securely (page 7-13).
Connect the ECT sensor 2P (Black) connector.
Apply molybdenum oil solution to the valve lifter bore
ouler surface.
Inslallthe shims and valve lifters.
Install the following :
- Rocker arm (page 9-32)
- Camshaft (page 9-32)
- Throttle body (page 6-64)
- Exhaust pipe (page 3-16)
- '09 - '14: Ignition coil (page 17-16)
Fill the radiator with the recommended coolant mixture
to the filler neck and bleed the air (page 7-8).
