Incident: Internal leaking inlet check valve.
Action: Action: Try first to clean the check valve, see Section 7.6.9 Clean pump head
check valves, on page 312. If that does not help replace the check valve, see Sec-
tion 7.8.8 Replace pump head check valves, on page 349.
Incident: Internal leaking outlet check valve.

Incident: One inlet is blocked,
Action: Try first to clean the check valve, see Section 7.6.9 Clean pump head check
valves, on page312.Try also cleaning of the inlet tubing manifold . For example, perform
a System CIP.
