Attach a column holder and

connect a column

Follow the instructions to connect a column to the instrument. Always use a column

holder. The column is connected to two opposite parts of the column valve, using appro-

priate tubing and connectors.

Attach an appropriate column holder to the rail on the instrument.

Attach the column to the column holder.
