TPV Management
This section describes TPV management.
TPV management provides the following functions:
• Expand Thin Provisioning Volume
• Modify Thin Provisioning Volume Threshold
• Optimize TPV/FTV Capacity
• Cancel Optimizing TPV/FTV Capacity
• Start Balancing Thin Provisioning Volume
• Stop Balancing Thin Provisioning Volume
• Reconfigure NAS Volume
• Set Allocation
3.7.1
Expand Thin Provisioning Volume
This function expands the capacity of a Thin Provisioning Volume.
Requirements for expanding a TPV
•
The capacity is not 128TB or more

For ODX Buffer volumes, the capacity must not be more than 1TB

For NAS user volumes, the capacity must not be more than the maximum volume capacity of each "NAS
