R_TRIG detects the transition from FALSE to TRUE at the CLK input. When the
rising edge is detected, the element assigns the output to TRUE. At the next execution
round, the output is returned to FALSE despite the state of the input.

Functionality

F_TRIG is used as a falling edge detector.
The function detects the transition from TRUE to FALSE at the CLK input. When the
falling edge is detected, the element assigns the Q output to TRUE. At the next
execution round, the output is returned to FALSE despite the state of the input.
