NOTE:
DTI card must be set to Wink Start.
ODT card and COT card must be set
to Ring Down. Enhanced 911 will
not function if ODT card is set to

Provide SMDR/Centralized Billing for outgo-
ing call.
Specify sender start condition.
NOTE:
Digital and Analog Tie Lines are set
to Wink Start. Analog Loop Start
