Notation of numerical value

The table below shows notation of numerical values used in this document.
Base
Notation
Base 16
adds prefixed "0x"
or, adds prefixed "<bit width>'h"
Base 10
describes numerical value only
Base 2
adds prefixed "<bit width>'b"
Numerical numbers are noted in the format shown below when the status of the signal (signed/unsigned) and the
position of the decimal point should be indicated.
[sign][bit number of integer part].[bit number of decimal part]
In the [sign], U or S is described. U represents unsigned, and S, signed.
When the sign is U, bit number of integer part plus bit number of decimal part equals the total bit
number.
When the sign is S, 1(sign bit) plus bit number of integer part plus bit number of decimal part equals the
total bit number.
