The change of parameters that cannot be dynamically changed must be completed during the period that the
MATH_PROC is not operating using SCU-CPU synchronized communication (Section 3.9.9.12).
Also, to change the MATH_PROC settings, the MATH_PROC must be executed at least one more time after once
performing rewrite.
