3.9.7.4 FIFO Writing
The following FIFO writing conditions can be set in conjunction with the interrupts generated by the excess
detection function of the Math Function.
Stop writing by generating Rise/Fall interrupt
・Performs writing to the FIFO until an interrupt occurs, and after the interrupt, writes to the FIFO until a
specified number of samples.
・Writing is stopped from the specified number of samples +1 until the FIFO writing control interrupt is
cleared.
Start writing by generating Rise/Fall interrupt
・Writing to the FIFO is not performed until an interrupt is generated, and writing starts from when the
interrupt is generated.
Writing continues regardless of the generation of Rise/Fall interrupts
Writing is stopped regardless of the Rise/Fall interrupts

FIFO
3.9.8.1 Overview
The FIFO operation is such that the values written to the writing ports of the two SRAMs (8 KByte+32 Kbyte
each) can be readout from the readout ports in the same order. The SRAMs are divided into regions called
"Partitions", where each one can be used as FIFO. Up to 27 partitions can be used.
3.9.8.2 FIFO Writing Data Types
The data unit that can be written to the FIFO is defined as a "Sample".
Each Sample must use one of the "data types" listed below.
(1) Calculation Operable Sample Type
16-bit 1 axis: 1 Sample = {x} format
16-bit 2 axis: 1 Sample = {x,y} format
16-bit 3 axis: 1 Sample = {x,y,z} format
(2) Calculation Inoperable Sample Type
24-bit : 1 Sample format
32-bit : 1 Sample format
48-bit : 1 Sample format
64-bit : 1 Sample format
96-bit : 1 Sample format
(2 Byte/Sample)
(4 Byte/Sample)
(6 Byte/Sample)
(3 Byte/Sample)
(4 Byte/Sample)
(6 Byte/Sample)
(8 Byte/Sample)
(12 Byte/Sample)
