Clock Input
The clock source of the RTC is selected from either a real time clock (32.768 kHz) provided by an RTC IC
outside CXD5602 or real time clock from an internal clock (about 32 kHz) divided from the RCOSC. Initial value
after the reset release is "0" (see Table 3.6-1). When you use RCOSC, you must calibrate it to 8.192 MHz by
using API, and then use it for the RTC.

RTC Clock, which is connected to RTC1 and APB IF (RTC0/1 register control) block, can be provided or stopped
providing by Clock Enable. Provide RTC1 and register with RTC Clock before controlling them.
