3.4.3.7 Power Supply Setting Check
During a power supply control request, the PMU checks whether or not there is an incorrect setting in the power
supply setting. When there is an incorrect setting, the corresponding bit within the PSW_CHECK becomes "1"
and power supply control is not performed.
Table PMU (Power Management Unit)-45 shows the registers of PSW_CHECK. Table PMU (Power Management
Unit)-46 shows the content checked by PSW_CHECK.
