MATH_PROC processing
The MATH_PROC processing performs programmable arithmetic processing to the data captured by the
sensors.
When using MATH_PROC processing, make sure that the data type is "Calculation Operable Sample Type".
Calculation Operable Sample Type refers to one of the following data types.
Calculation Operable Sample Type
・16-bit 1 axis: 1 sample = {x} format
・16-bit 2 axis: 1 sample = {x,y} format
・16-bit 3 axis: 1 sample = {x,y,z} format
The following processes can be handled.
Preprocessing (For details, see Section 3.9.7.1)
・Unsigned data/signed data conversion
・Gain multiplication by vector element
・Offset addition by vector element
Decimation Processing (For details, see Section 3.9.7.2)
・Decimation
・Multiplication processing with clipping
Math Function Processing (For details, refer to Section 3.9.7.3)
・2nd order IIR filters
・Normalization processing
・Excess detection (Event)
In the MATH_PROC processing, a total of 10 lines of executable data paths can be used by combining the
above calculations. There are two types of data paths according to the differences in what they process.
Decimation Partition Data Path
Normal Sensor Partition Data Path ... x eight lines
Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-58 and Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-59 show the structures of each
data path.
This process was not in time by the next startup of the sequencer. A timeout error.
