3. Use a multimeter and measure the 48 Vdc battery pack voltage across the main contactor
The acceptable voltage range is 46 to 54 Vdc.
Note:
If you measure less than 46 Vdc, measure the voltage across each of the 4 individual batteries.
Each individual battery is within the service limit if you measure 11.5 to 13.5 Vdc.
