Harness
The engine did not start. The problem is likely in the main wire harness. Go to Step 4.

Step 3: Connect 1 cutting reel motor and attempt to start the engine.
Note:
If any individual cutting reel motor is reporting an additional fault, that is likely the shorted cutting reel
motor. Connect that cutting reel motor first.
1.
If the machine does not start, the cutting reel motor that was just connected is bad. Replace the cutting
reel motor. Go to
2.
If the machine does start, repeat Step 3 for each of the remaining 4 cutting reel motors.
Step 4: Test the 48 V logic power and ground wiring in the main
harness.

Verify the machine is shut off.
2.
Raise and support the operator's seat.
3.
Unplug the 48 Vdc battery disconnect to prevent unexpected cutting unit operation. Refer to

Each cutting reel motor has an associated 2-pin connector on the main harness (P39, P41, P49, P45,
and P47). Using a multimeter, check the resistance between pin 1 and pin 2 in one of the main harness
2-pin connectors

Repair or replace any worn or damaged wiring or parts.
