1. 48V battery disconnect
2. 250A/58V fuse
3. Contactor coil posts
Pass The main contactor tested good. Go to Step 3.
Fail The main contactor did not test good. Replace the main contactor. Refer to Chapter 5 of the 5010-H
Service Manual. Go to
Step 3: Test the control wiring for the contactor coil.
1. Use a multimeter to test the resistance between the following pairs of locations:
