Rotate the ignition key to the O

Measure the voltage between pins 1 and 2 of connector P45. The reading should be 48 Vdc.
5.
Measure the voltage between P44 pin 1 and P45 pin 2. The reading should be 48 Vdc.
6.
Rotate the ignition key to the O
Pass
The voltage readings were good. Go to Step 7.
Fail
The voltage readings were not good. Go to Step 6.
Step 6: Test the power and ground wiring in main harness connectors
P44 and P45.
These are diagnostic steps to help isolate problems identified in Step 5. Use a multimeter to test the resistance
between the following pairs of locations:

The resistance tests passed, but the voltage readings in Step 5 are still bad.
Note:
Do not go to Step 7 until after the voltage readings in Step 5 are good.
