Step 4: Test the power and ground wiring in main harness connectors
P46 and P47.
These are diagnostic steps to help isolate problems identified in Step 3. Use a multimeter to test the resistance
between the following pairs of locations:

The resistance tests passed, but the voltage readings in Step 3 are still bad.
Note:
Do not go to Step 5 until after the voltage readings in Step 3 are good.

Step 5: Swap cutting reel motors between cutting units.
All of the cutting reel motors are identical.
