20.1 Configuration of the Power Supply Circuit
To materialize high-speed operation at low power, the M32R/E is designed in such a way that its
external interface circuits operate at 5 V power supply and all other circuits operate at 3.3 V. This
requires that control timing of both 5 V and 3.3 V power supplies be considered when designing
your circuit.
