11.3.5 Definition of the A-D Conversion Accuracy

The following defines the A-D conversion accuracy.
(1) Resolution ............... Number of digital converted codes output by the A-D converter
(2) Nonlinearity error .... Deviation from ideal conversion characteristics after the offset and full-
