ALTERNATOR
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
TORQUE:
Left crankcase cover bolt:
12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
• Apply
ThreeBond or an equivalent) to the mating areas of
crankcase cover and crankcase as shown.
• ED, IIED, IIIED, IVED, FO, IIFO, KO, IIKO models:
Perform the crank pulse initialize learning procedure
(page 4-84).
Check the oil level (page 3-10).
Make sure there are no oil leaks.
STATOR
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the left crankcase cover (page 12-3).
Remove and install the stator as following illustration.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
