8.4.4 Removing the Fire Cylinder in the SmartLi Cabinet and
Filling Extinguishant
Preparations
The fire cylinder of the fire detection and extinguishing equipment needs to be
filled with extinguishant onsite.
Tools: insulated socket wrench, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, key to the
cabinet door, torque wrench, pipe cutter, and pipe holder
Procedure
Step 1 Check that the fire cylinder valve is closed (vertical to the cylinder).

Step 2 Open the rear door of the cabinet and remove the fire cylinder.

Remove the fire cylinder fastener.
Take out the fire cylinder.
