8.3.3 Installing a PAD

Preparations
The PA should be located beside the main entrance door inside the pre-fab.

Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Materials: PAD and PAD charging cable
Skill requirement: common technician
Procedure
Step 1 Adjust the feet at the bottom of the PAD mounting support until they are in the
same width as the PAD. Route the PAD power cable through the cable hole in the
PAD mounting support and then connect the cable to the PAD.
Step 2 Adjust the feet in the upper part of the PAD mounting support and clip the PAD
into the mounting support.
Issue 01 (2021-04-20)
Push the sealing plate up at the cabinet side to separate the sealing plate
hook from the sealing plate mounting bracket, and remove the sealing plate.
Route the ECC800-Pro 4G antenna cable along the cable tray in the pre-fab.
module to the top of cabinet A1 along the cable chain.
Route the ECC800-Pro 4G antenna cable into cabinet A1 through the cable
hole on the top of cabinet A1, route the cable out through the cable manager,
and connect the cable to the 4G antenna port on the ECC800-Pro.
Connect the RF_Z antenna cable to the RF_Z antenna port on the ECC800-Pro.
