DESCRIPTION:
Allows the UCD group assigned in MMC 601 to have more specific values for several attributes.
If UCD GROUP has not been programmed in a system, you may be presented warning and not be
allowed to enter this MMC.

AUTO LOGOUT OPT
If you press A Button in DESTINATION Field, you are able to enter AA PLAN NUMBER.
1st MSG NO on AA Board when all agents are unable to answer the calls.
2nd MSG NO on AA Board when all agents are unable to answer the calls.
EXIT CODE - this code will have the call queued route to the Final
Destination to be assigned in this MMC thus no longer needed to wait
further cycles.
RETRY COUNT - 2nd MSG will be cycled with MOH till this counter is
reached before answer.
FINAL DESTINATION - if the call is not yet answered until RETRY COUNT
then will be routed over this destination.
AUTO LOG OUT TIME - specifies how long the ringing at an agent will be
last. After this time, ring will be stopped and the agent will be logged-out
from the group then finds the next idle agent.
UCD RECALL TIME - determines the time how long the MOH is provided
MOH SOURCE - specifies MOH source to be presented to the caller.
AUTO LOG OUT OPTION - to make a circular UCD hunting without
logging out of the group automatically after ringing.
