Command Word Error Responses
If the module receives an invalid command parameter in a Command Word, it
returns the following information in the first word of its word input (AI) data:

The format for the Module Status Word is:
Source of the command:
1=AI data, Command Word 1
2= AI data, Command Word 2
3= AI data, Command Word 3
4= AI data, Command Word 4
5=COMREQ
If a COMREQ was used, the error code alone is also returned in the COMREQ
Status Word. A COMREQ returns a 1 in the case of no error.
