Changes the home value for the Type B2 counter.
Sets up the output turn on points within the counter range. There is one
output associated with each counter.
Example: To set counter 1 output to turn on at 5000 (1388H) counts,
load:

Sets up the output turn off points within the counter range. There is one
Preset output associated with each counter.
Example: To set counter 1 output to turn off at 12000 (2EE0H) counts,

the Preload input is activated.
Example: To make counter 1 start at 2500 (09C4H) counts at its
preload signal, load:
